How long does it take to fulfill an order?
We partner with a printing studio to create your custom products. Fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days for all production techniques. More than 50% of orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Note: Shipping time is not included in the fulfillment time. To estimate when your order will arrive, combine the fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.

Can I change or cancel my order? What is the Estimated Delivery Time (EDT)?
Yes, you can change or cancel an order as long as it hasn’t entered the fulfillment stage. Simply use the "Change Order" button in your order confirmation email to adjust products or shipping options. Once fulfillment begins, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Can I upgrade to expedited shipping?
Yes, you can upgrade your shipping method as long as your order is still in the fulfillment stage. Once it ships, the shipping method cannot be changed.

The Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) is calculated by combining the fulfillment time with the shipping time. Please note that EDT is only an estimate and not a guarantee. If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days after the EDT, contact us for assistance.

Because all items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not typically accepted. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

How will the meat be packaged?

Will all venison be vacuum-sealed, or will there be options for other types of packaging? It will be vacuum sealed, there will be tubes of ground beef.

Will hunters need to schedule a specific time for drop-off, or can they come anytime during business hours? Drop off is available anytime as long as you have made arrangements with Brandon first.

The THICK Story
Brandon and Tony met in first grade and have been best friends ever since. Bonded by their love for the outdoors, they spent countless hours deer hunting in Waupaca County and walleye fishing on the Wolf River. Both eventually returned to their hometown in Wisconsin with their families, and now enjoy these same outdoor traditions with each other and their kids.
Why They Started THICK RICHARDS
Thick Richards was born out of necessity during Wisconsin's demanding gun season. Brandon and Tony couldn't find a local processor who specialized in venison, so they decided to do it themselves. Their goal was to deliver clean, consistent deer processing, ensuring the venison could go from "package to frying pan" without the need for extra trimming.
